Executive Chairs

I tried to find a replacement base for my executive leather chair.but, without much success. I tried all the usual suspects, such as Staples, Viking Direct, etc. Disco World e-mark but all parties will either not have or supply. Stateside are many places that sell these pieces seem to be, I can not just be found here. Can anyone help me? Thanks!
