Executive Chairs

I have an executive type chair in my office, I use.but is too large, ie too far from the backrest of the chair (especially the seat) so I can not sit comfortably on your chair with mesh back support I've attached it. becomes so my back does not support out of the chair, can not sit back and I'm sure are forced to sit on the seat, does anyone know any methods / tools to assist me and correct the problem so I correct support and posture by sitting on my chair ?
